Text of Complaint by Anuj Singh:

I ordered GIVA 925 Sterling Silver Rose Gold Winged Heart Pendant with Link Chain on Amazon on 31 Jul 23 (order id 405-5025701-7215547) costing INR 2182/- and the package was delivered on 04 Aug 23. When I opened the packet, the product was missing from the packet. I immediately contacted the customer care service of Amazon and got my complaint registered on the issue of missing Product from the packet. Customer care executive asked me to contact Amazon on 10 Aug 23 for solution.
Today, on 10 Aug 23, when I called Amazon Customer Care for update on the complaint, I was told that the product was delivered to me correctly and no further action will be taken in the case as directed by Amazon Investigation Team, howeve, I received an empty packet.

I, hereby, request the competent authority to take necessary action in this case and issue directives for safeguarding the rights of the consumers either by providing the product from Amazon or issue the refund for the missing product.
