I have ordered Gopro hero9 camera ON 1ST FEB ORDER ID OD224058663679177000 the package which I received on 6th feb was missing the product(camera & accessories). The gopro box was totally empty. I have filmed the unboxing video of the product, If it is needed I’ll provide it.
I immediately raised complaint on 6th feb the return ID 12202410050843120381. Was created and the Incident ID IN2202061746097427147. But after next day 7th feb my return request rejected. This happened with me on 8+ time. Everytime return request rejected. I call them on several time but they are not resolving it. I received 2 message that mention refund will provided to you but no process yet.
। waited for a month for this issue should resolved because I purchase this product on emi and emi started from this month unfortunately I’m paying for product which I didn’t received. I hope you will resolve this ASAP.
