Respected Sir,
I am Mahendra Kumar Shukla, retired from Indian Air force, and request you to help me in my case as Amazon complaint cell is not favouring me in below mentioned case:-
Almost 2 months back, I had to return two products, one was Amazon Dupatta package worth Rs. 333 another was Myntra sweatshirt package worth Rs. 719. I gave both products to Amazon delivery guy mistakingly. He took both of them ( knowing that one of them was Myntra package ). I got the refund amount of Dupatta package . And I am contacting Amazon complaint cell since then and they are just procrastinating the process . I have to call in every 15-20 days and explain the whole case from the start and nothing is being done in my favour . I requested them to either pay me the amount of sweatshirt i.e. 719 or pass on the details of the delivery boy. Today I called them again and talked to the higher authority and he told me that complaint cannot be resolved after 48 hours but my first complaint and call was within 48 hours . Inshort, they are totally denying to take any action against the delivery boy. I am hoping that my matter will be resolved from your side.
