Hello Flipkart,
The Resolution provided by your local level investigation team is very disappointed to me for the replacement ID 12201342087299144572 and associated with an order ID OD113237945178718000 because I have created two incident, for that one by one I am giving the detail level information.
1 – Initially I was reported a very first complaint that is related to the delivery status shown even after I canceled my order but later on after investigation by Flipkart and found that the courier was delivered to my neighborhood aunty with name Kruti and I am not aware of that because I am out of my hometown for 15 days and hence my home was locked while you arrange a visit of Wishmaster
2 – While I am coming to my hometown I collect my parcel from my neighborhood aunty and at the time of opening the box I have made one video of the unboxing of my product box because I feel that something is wrong because a box is not that much heavy as mobile availability inside and inside mobile product box sealed was tempered and again I am reported another incident of missing product to the Flipkart, almost after waiting around 1 month of time Yesterday Flipkart giving me the resolution and as a part of resolution Flipkart arrange a fresh replacement of the device, but on today again Flipkart cancelled my order without informed to me and freeze my account by indicating that I have asked for the very huge replacement request that is totally incorrect because this is a very first order that I have placed through Flipkart and Flipkart cheats me again initially provide replacement and later on cancelled the order and closed my account hence I am unable to raise fresh complaint from my account this is how Flipkart cheats me and at the time of calling to me for the resolution Flipkart is not giving such a valid invastigation proof and always saying one thing which is mentioned by me under point 1 that is not related with the second complaint rasised by me and even I am sharing video unboxing link multiple times with Flipkart but even Flipkart is not considering any point from my end always taking about the inputs of the local level invatigation team and those points are totally incorrect because none of the people from invastigation team was called me only once I have talked with the invastigation team member and I am telling all these things in detail which I have faced from last one month, by closing any of the inoccent customers accounts Flipkart showing its regidness against the customer,
At last, I just wanted to convey that Flipkart was doing a very wrong thing to me and please watch the video attached with this URL carefully and then take any decision and please either provide me with a replacement again or provide the full amount of refund into my original payment mode, if Flipkart is not reactivating my account again within 24 hours of time and do not call me on my registered mobile number than now I am raising this complaint into consumer court, this is my final decision by order.

    I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund for a missing item product.

    I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.
