Respected Sir/Madam,

I had ordered a product from Flipkart (Order ID: OD434667040947568100). The package was delivered on 16/06/2025, but when I opened it, the item was missing from the box.

I immediately placed a return request stating that the product was missing. Flipkart rejected the return without proper investigation. I again raised the return, but for the second time too, it was rejected.

There was no helpful response from customer care. I feel cheated, and I have no option left but to raise a formal complaint here.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me get my refund or the missing product. I am attaching screenshots of my order and return rejection.
