I ordered three crop tops but received only one in the package. I raised the complaint multiple times but no solution was provided to me. They were asking me to raise a return request and the refund will be processed in 48 hours. The pickup executive would call me for a refund but I didn’t have anything to return. This happened multiple times. In the end, they canceled my refund stating that the product is out of the return policy and hence could not be refunded. They stalled me for 2 weeks and cancelled my refund in the end even though I called them multiple times. Here are the tickets that were raised 695281804285, 694787360149, 687357256295, and Order Number: 373429147902. The customer care executives gave me a different way to get a refund everytime I called them
