I received an empty box of One plus earphones. I tried to talk to Amazon but they just shut the investigation down suggesting that they have ample proof that the product was delivered. Time and time again I have told them that the earphones are missing. I reiterate that they can check my records of previous orders, I would not keep the earphones and say that the earphones are missing, I dont need to do that, 1500 rs wont do me any good. We come from a good upbringing. Amazon is not ready to provide the investigation details either. No escalation matrix, a very helpless situation. Attaching the image, thats how I received the box.
