Respected sir /madam
My name is Avitaj Singh and my contact number is 98884980120. I bought a METRONAUT Supreme Combo Set from your flipkart site on 03/07/2023 with Order ID – OD328525028696853100 and when I received the order and opened it, I did not see three combo sets in it. Only two suitcases combo was received and I complained about it to the flipkart team two to three times and they filed my return request but when the company made a return request for its pickup on the wrong month He refused to take the pickup and I spoke to the Flipkart team again and they refused to replace my product and when the mister came to replace the products, he again refused to do the replacement and the date of his speaking It was very wrong and I made a complaint to the Flipkart team, so they took action and registered a complaint with the senior, whose complaint number is OD328525028696853100 and they told me that whatever problem I faced would be solved on 13/07/2023. I want to get a product repalce but no one helped me and canceled my returns and replacement.My one more request is that I should not be given any more new dates because my time has already been wasted. I have only one request to help me.
