I have ordered Havells tullu pump.i got 50 gm box in which 10kg is written and inside folded empty packet. When I call to customer care they said investigation in 4 days will be completed and somone will visit in your home to investigate it. No one comes and when I call them again they said we can not help you neither can refund not will return item.
