I am Mani aswani from bhopal. I had ordered boat rockerz 510 from flipkart but i had not received headphone inside the box.I have received empty box. I have lodged complaints many times about this. But i have not received any refund. My refund request has been rejected 4th time. I have already submitted all the photos of empty box but my refund request is continously rejecting. I have attached the photo of rejection of refund. I have also attached the photos of empty box.
My order id is-OD125587095733515000 Please see this issue.
Please help me.
