Dear Sir,
A serios financial fraud has happened to me on Kreditgold app.
1. 20th July, 2022 : I was checking my eligibility on the app and they transferred Rs. 9,000/- in my Bank account.
2. 27th July, 2022 : They called me and sent Whatsapp from +977 981-2144269 to pay Rs. 15,627/- with threat that they will send police to recover the money. Scared I transferred the amount to UPI ID given by them by the name of Sai Shradha Transport. Within a few minutes they again transferred Rs. 16,000/- in my account, and asked for repayment of Rs. 29,523/-. I was really scared and uninstalled the app. I also gave an application to my bank to close my Bank account.
3. 30th July, 2022 : I got a call from number +91 75958 37821. The person said that I just need to pay the Rs. 16,000/- back and my loan account will be closed. On his assurance I transferred Rs. 16,000/- to UPI ID by the name of sajia sadaf. The person promised me to give loan closure letter and then blocked me on Whatsapp.
4. 3rd August, 2022 : I again got a threatening call from +977 981-2188433 that I need to pay Rs. 29,283/- to close this account. The person said that the 16,000/- that I paid was not their person and I should pay through the app. This person is using abusive language and threatening me. She is asking me to pay in one hour otherwise : “Police teri Maa ko utha legi”
All the chat records, Account statement, Screen Shots of payment made are attached. Request to please take urgent and strict action against them and threatening me continuously. This incident has completely scared me and I am unable to focus even on my work.
