I ordered a Michael Kors watch from Myntra on Jun 12th and the package was delivered to me on Jun 18th but the watch was not there in the package. On report the same to Myntra, they are declining my claim for refund and saying that the product was delivered and refusing to share their investigation report which proves that the product was inside the package at the time of delivery. The package had a different type of Myntra tape on top of the box as compared to the other sides of the box, which indicates that the box was opened in transit and re-packed. I want to file a complaint against Myntra for the same and want a refund of my money(11999/-)
