I have ordered a product from flipkart it was a set of mug and cushion. But when delivery boy came he just delivered cushion and mug was missing. I filed a complaint on the same time and till now I didn’t get any proper resolution. Flipkart has promised to replace the product and deliver the originally ordered product till 20th May, 2021. But till now I didn’t get my product.
Need your intervention as this is a act of mental harassment with customer which is flipkart is doing right now.
