Text of Complaint by Amrita Nath:

This is to inform you,  I am very disappointed with Meesho,s customer care support , since 9th October, so many times I logged complain for missing product returns and senior member doesn’t bother to call back to resolve the issues after so many times requested. List of complaint numbers are 5276355,5338000,5485363,5552650,5615238,5615691 etc.
Which is effect my customers base. This was my high value customer and he will never purchase the materials again from Meesho.
Everytime whenever complaining sadwofex’s executive as usal come and asked for Kurta and pyajama set but customer didn’t recived pyajama in the package which is understandable to understand customer service people.
Sadwofex wants a written note to collect the single metirial (Kurta).i did conference call between both to clear the problem but all invain.
Under this circumstance, please help me to resolve the  matter.
