Ordered a bed 11-04-2023, when the product was delivered, received only 3 pieces of wood, the cost of the bed is 18919 plus additional charges i incurred while connecting this amount to emi (e.g. bank processing fee and interest). It’s been more than a month and flipkart has no attempt to resolve this issue and refund my money. Infact they’ve also not shared the invoice with me until the issue was raised by me and deleted my reviews where I mentioned that their service was horrible.
