Order 3 Products from amazon on 18th July 23, all 3 products had one order ID and they were divided into 2 different shipment for delivery, the 1st shipment was delivered on 25th July 23, the order 2 products that was going to be delivered on 26th July 23, around in the night time 8-9 pm the delivery guy came with a big broken box torn off because heavy rain and he got in tempo, there was only one product in the box so atleast to get that I had to give him in OTP but the product the (Crucial p3 plus 1tb SSD) was missing, immediately made a complaint to amazon service they told they will get back to me in 4-5 days on the 6th day that was 31st July 23 I called amazon they transferred the call to specialist/escalation team again explained to them what I had already did on 26th July 23 about the incident of missing product, upfront they stated that as per their investigation they have come to conclusion that we cannot refund you or replace the product as you gave the OTP, I asked them is it my faulty that one order ID,, 2 shipments, the 2nd shipment containing 2 products and has one OTP for both, they stated sorry we cannot help you. Withing this 6 days of time frame no update no email no contact was made to me stating about their investigation
