Order # 403-3541062-0345941.
When I received the order the box was damaged when I opened found that that the main part of the rack was missing which is the shoe cover.
On 2 occasions delivery agents have refused to pick up the packet stating that part is missing hence we cant pick up. I as a customer dnt have the right to check the order before acceptance however Amamzon has all the rights to refuse pick up& refund my hard earned money during this pandemic times when the seller has not delivered the entire product.
I have been making repeated calls but no resolution received.
Initially I had asked for a replacement but now Want REFUND.
