Text of Complaint by Tanishka Shah:

I ordered a clara sterling silver ring from myntra on 16th feb and received the package on 18th february, however when i checked inside, only the clara box was present, there was no ring.
i contacted the myntra customer service and let them know the entire situation, they apologized and said they’ll come up with a resolution but since then, they haven’t been of any help.
all they say is, the package underwent necessary security checks, and hence they declined my issue.
i’ve lost 2k to this.
i need my ring or my refund back.
