All item except one was delivered, the missing item – Tata Tea Gold 1.5 kg – was not there in the package. When I raised the first complaint, I was told that Amazon will “investigate” and reach out to me during the period. After waiting for about a week, I reached out again (because no one reached out from Amazon) and was informed that the “investigation” was complete and all the items were delivered and that nothing can be done about it. It was Rs 700 worth product!
