Respected Sir I beg to say that I have Ordered Two Eco Dot Alexa Smart speaker from a E-Commerce Company amazon .in with pay on delivery. When the delivery agent delivered the package I have asked him about two eco dot, he told me that both product was in box. he have taken charges Rs 4198.00 and went away. When we have opened the package box there was only one eco dot in the box and other side of box was filled by the brown papers. Immediately I have Contacted to delivery agent he told me that this was not his mistake , contact to company amazon . in . Immediately I have contacted to amazon customer care service , The customer care agent has transferred my call to there Investigation Officer. I have told my problem to him That I am a old customer of amazon They have never defalcation me but this time by mistake they have send me One product instead of two product. The Investigation Officer of amazon .in asked me to gave him 07 days to investigate the matter. After period ending of 07 days I have contacted to amazon customer care service , The customer care agent has transferred my call to there Investigation Officer The Investigation Officer of amazon.in company has told me rudely That The Investigation report is that” they have delivered the two product in box from there side and now they are not responsible for any lose .They will not send another product for my damage compensation. they didn’t help me any more. Sir I am a Army Ex Person and upset for this shameful fraud that happened to me . Sir my humble request to you that in the favor of justice take necessary action and give appropriate punishment to the guilty. Hoping for justice from you. Rakesh Kumar
