Text of Complaint by Ruth Nabacwa:

I was transferring money from my airtel account to bank account of 150000 on my account 3100072092 the transaction failed and o checking my balance the money had been deducted but it didn’t reach the account and later on received a msg confirming that the transaction was successful but still it didn’t reflect on my account i have called customercare but nothing has been done please do something so that I receive my money
