Text of Complaint by Jawahar paswan:

Dear Sir, 
I had booked a phone from your site which cost of Rs. 47000 but I did not get the mobile phone in the shipment, Mobile is Missing 
which I informed your team, but they gave me 12 days time with Aadhaar copy and FIR Consent,
Also I had sent on time  
After 12 days According to your team
 refund / replacement is not able to provide of this order.due to seller not fulfill 
But after this email I told your team clearly
If your statement is true, you can track the IMEI of the given order, so that everything will be cleared, 
Whatever what you do I have no objection any procedure,
But return my money to any cost
But after I informed ,no one has revert my email 
Mg email address has blocked to your side 
Tell me why if your company behaves like this then why would someone do some shopping on your platform 
AMAZON is Much better against your service, 
Who doesn’t want to disappoint their customers, 
Unfortunately My Experience with FLIPKART is very Bad,
that I did not expect.
