Text of Complaint by Saichand Mattewada:

Placed order as usual for medicines on flipkart. When it got delivered I opened the box only to find 3 medications out of 8 missing. I immediately called and raised a complaint that they were missing. They gave a resolution will be provided on 28th April. On 28th no one called so, I called them to resolve, they said wait for 24hrs. On 29th again no call. I called them and asked to refund or deliver my missing products. They said wait 24hrs more, you will get a call from our team.
30th April today I got a call. They said they went through the surveillance footages and all the contents of the box were packed and delivered successfully. I got angry and said why will i lie about my medications missing,
The service representative said, I cannot help. I asked him to put me on call with a senior, he said he can’t help Then I asked him to show me that surveillance footage they said wait for 5 minutes and I will email you and hung up on me.
I called them again, and another person answers and said we cannot assure you of a resolution. But we will place your case under high priority.
Those 3 medications I missed costed me around 840rs. I had to re place a new order again on another app.
This is a daylight robbery done by e-commerce platforms.
