Missing items with Amazon delivery is very often nowadays

Text of Complaint by Mohan:

I have placed Amazon fresh order for 12 items, only 2 items got delivered, for remaining 10 items, they said refund as only option. Last time, I opted for delivery schedule between 6-8pm. But delivery person called me at 10:30pm and said that he will deliver in 30 mins. But he didn’t deliver, again I called customer care, they couldn’t make it and did refund. This time, again 2 items are missing with my order and no concrete solution, they are asking me to raise replacement or else they can refund. I have posted the same in twitter, social media connected with me and asking me to wait for 3-5 business days to analyse this issue. I’m completely disheartened with this frequent delivery issues.
