I ordered AC which is being delivered to me on 01st FEB 2023 having Order Id: OD427108591761976100. Delivery person came and delivered the item late evening and as there is small function in home we didn’t check that box after opening at that time. Voltas Engineer came on 04th Feb 2023 and opened that box in which only the compressor (outdoor unit) was there and indoor unit was missing.

I registered the complain that time only and ask for the complete product to deliver but they were not able to resolve that issue . So later after 12-13 Feb i asked for refund as i was really fed-up with their entertaining process. Every day or 2 they called me and ask the same thing again and again . Today its 03rd March 2023 and its already 1 month with no resolution.

Kindly help me here in this.
