on 20th may’23 order was placed for 4 Amazon Brand – Solimo Premium Anti-Slip Microfiber Bathmat – 80cm x 50 cm, Steel grey bearing order id – 402-82821292-8717908
It was delivered on 23rd May’23 06:25 PM and in the parcel only 1 item was available. Remaining 3 items were missing.
A complaint was raised on 23rd May’23 and i spoke to Sumon from Amazon’s Specialist Team. Sumon confirmed me over email dated 23rd May’23 20:15 IST that an investigation is in process and it would take 4 calendar days to complete and Sumon asked me to contact on 28th May’23 for updated.
On giving a call on 27th May’23 i was told by another representative named Ruheen to contact them on 28th.
On giving a call on 28th May’23, i was told by another representative named Kinni to wait for another 24-48 hours and this time She told that they will “call” me.
On not getting any call after 24 hrs i again contacted the support team and this time they informed me that it is still not 48 hrs so i will have to wait till 48 hrs are over.
On again not getting any call after 48 hrs i tried to reach them again and i was told over email that it will again take 3-5 business days to complete their “investigation”
Return window has expired on 2nd june.
Waiting for refund or remaining 3 items till date !!
