I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent grocery order with Order ID OD428585625414927200, placed on July 10th.
On July 12th, the order was delivered by the wishmaster, but to my dismay, I discovered that eight items from my grocery basket were missing. The wishmaster informed me that these items did not come from Chennai and advised me to contact the customer support team to address the issue.
Following the wishmaster’s advice, I promptly reached out to your customer support team and spoke with one of your representatives. They created ten return IDs to facilitate the resolution of my missing items. However, my frustration escalated when all ten return IDs were rejected by the seller.
In response to the rejection, I made another call to your customer support team to explain the persisting problem. On this call, I was informed that a refund would be processed for the incorrectly handled items, and I was requested to wait until July 20th for the resolution.
To my disappointment, when I contacted your team again on July 22th to inquire about the refund status, I discovered that only 349 rupees were refunded for the entire order, which clearly does not account for the value of the missing items.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the way this issue has been handled so far. Not only did I not receive the ordered items, but the refund processed is far from satisfactory, considering the inconvenience caused. It is essential to rectify this situation promptly and to refund the correct amount for the missing items.
I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter. I urge you to investigate the situation thoroughly, provide a detailed explanation for the discrepancies, and ensure that the appropriate refund amount is credited back to my account without further delay.
Please treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves, as I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution. I trust in your commitment to excellent customer service and hope that this matter will be resolved to my satisfaction.
