I’ve ordered few items on 18th August and it was delivered on 22nd August evening, but in the package Surf excel 4kg was missing which was already billed. I’ve talked to the delivery executive and he told he only delivered what he got from the store. He requested me to register a complaint and you’ll get the refund. I did that instantly and ticket ID is #6296943133. But on 24th August, it is showing that, ticket is already complete and I even don’t know what’s the status of it. They did not provide any refund or justification why the product was missed.
