I placed an order for an F B Combo, which was supposed to include Chicken Biryani Mini, Chicken Rice Mini, and Chicken 65 Mini. However, upon receiving the order, I did not receive the Chicken 65 Mini.

I contacted the customer support team, and they informed me that they were unable to reach the restaurant because they did not pick up the call. Their proposed solution is to offer me a promo card worth Rs. 51, which is not a satisfactory resolution as it does not match the missing item’s value.

I have attached screenshots of my order confirmation, which clearly shows the inclusion of the Chicken 65 Mini in the combo, along with the communication with the customer support team. I am seeking a resolution that either includes the missing item or a refund for it.

I believe this issue remains unresolved despite my attempts to address it with the customer support team. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and fairly.
