Actually, there is a missing item in my order, so I contacted the help center of Paytm ondc platform they told me that they would resolve this issue within 5-7 days but almost 16 days gone no response from them and I received a message from them that my issue was resolved I wondered by seeing it. I have made full payment without any delay.
