Text of Complaint by Rohit Kale:

Ordered Boult Neckband from Flipkart. Ekart Wishmaster doesn’t visit the office and instead calls me on the main road. Takes the OTP and delivers the product. After opening the box, main product is missing. Even after reaching out to customer care and email the grievances cell along with the evidence; no action taken. It’s been 10 days and i am stressed out with reaching out to Flipkart.
