I ordered 2 luggage bags from amazon.in.
My order 402-7692835-7470751 was delivered partially with only 1 quantity of item on August 15th.
Within 10 mins of delivery, I raised a complaint for missing order and I was asked to check with the team after 5 days.
When I called the team, they told me there was no issue from Amazon and they cannot help me with any missing item or refund.
Amazon is not ready to share any details for the investigation and not even checking from delivery agent that only 1 item was delivered. They just listen to the issue and say sorry we can’t help and disconnects the call.
I now demand the investigation proof which clearly says that 2 quantities was delivered to me. As according to me Amazon is doing a fraud with me where they neither delivered the product nor returning money, and not even sharing the details.
I need the missing item or refund for the same.
Please reply and help me as soon as possible.
