Order I’d FL0177977291 I have ordered 10 products on Oct 25th. Among those I havenot received one product which is jbn creation colour block sherwani of 5-6yrs. As per the Ajio app it is showing delivered on Nov 9th. Actually I have never got the product. It was just a delivery slip in the packet.
I have raised the issue and it is more than a month now but still there is no resolution.
I have ordered in Diwali and now is year ending. I don’t need the product anymore I need the refund of my product. Let me what all details you required.
Your customer support is pathetic and those are liars whenever I raised complain they said you will get a refund soon but after that I never heard anything.
This is very small amount but it is also about your genuine response. You want me to take this to all the social media. This is fraud and I will not step back to take this further.
Whenever I am calling the customer care he is keeping me on hold for more than 30 mins. This is mental harassment.
