Text of Complaint by Kanak Biswas:

I sent such a message to partonwheel.com on the 22nd.

“Hi, I ordered 6 items (Order ID: [459640]), but the package I received mentions ‘Quantity: 4’ on the label and contains only 4 items. I have paid for 6. Please clarify if the other 2 items are coming in a separate box or if I should apply for a refund.”
“Please provide me a new Tracking ID for the remaining 2 items.”
“I am waiting for 48 hours. If you do not provide a new tracking ID or confirm the replacement within this time, I will be forced to report this weight discrepancy and short shipment to the consumer forum.”

And they replied to me within two days. The date was April 24th.

But they have not taken any action till now. They are not giving me a new tracking ID or refunding the money.

Plz help me🙏🏻
