Text of Complaint by Pralay Maity:

I have ordered a JBL Flip 4 Speaker of rupees 7000, which was delivered on 21st of August.

But speaker was missing from the package. Immediately I contacted the Amazon customer service, one of the their executive told me that the refund will be given to you and delivery executive will come to pick the existing package without speaker, I have proof of this. But delivery boy refuse to take the package because of the missing speaker.

I contacted again to Amazon customer service, they told me investigation file will be made on this case. And will be updated soon.

Till then I didn’t get any updated from there end. I just follow up in between ,one of there executive told me that I will get returnless replacement & no body will come and pick up the previous product and I will get a fresh one. But I asked for refund not replacement, they told there were no such option and transferred my call to another executive, he told me investigation is going on and we will let you know.

Today when I called and taken update from them they told me refund or replacement can’t be possible. Even I have asked for the full investigation report they denied to give that as well. And asked for re-investigation that also refused by them.

I have each and every proof, what I have written.

 

Please look into the case give a proper solution to me.
