Text of Complaint by Abhishek Agrawal:

I ordered two XP-Pen Tablet(2 of XP-Pen Star G960 Graphic Tablet (8.35X5.33 inch Working Area|8192 Levels of Pressure Sensitivity|Battery Free Stylus)
)order: 407-3267802-7559530  on 11 Aug 2020  and received only 1 XP pen tablet on 17 Aug 2020 from Amazon. On the same day, I filled an investigation complaint against it on amazon customer care centre and they asked me to wait for 4-5 and call again on 23 Aug 2020. But, when I contacted them on 23rd morning then they refused to accept their mistake and said that they can not return my product nor my money. I have received only 1 package and it is clearly evident from packaging that  2 products can’t be shipped under 1 package. I need my product back or full claim settlement. It was the worst experience. I am in the teaching field n need this product by me and my fellow mates. With this kind of experience, I will definitely not recommend this product to anyone instead ask everyone not to purchase this product and especially from amazon. Looking forward to a solution.
