On 2nd July, I was ordered 2 item cash on delivery but mujhe 1 item received hua , maine customer service executive se complaint ki , then jab aaj (19/07/2022) mujhe replacement received hui to usme sirf 1 item tha then maine replacement delivery accept nahi ki, then again customer service executive se complaint ki to unhone bola ke after 24 hours refund request fill ho sakegi, uske baad refund aayega, finally mujhe 2 items deliver nahi kiye jayenge. In 17 days me mujhe is process ki wajah se 3000/- rupees ka loss hua hai uske baad bhi delivery complete nahi ho rahi hai,
