Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Sunirmal Roy, I had ordered a smartwatch (Fire Boltt Visionary) from Amazon
which I received 5th of September but it was a defective material after
that I replaced it, but the replacement new package which was delivered(14th September) to
me is fully empty box. Then I launched a complaint against that on Amazon
customer care and they started a investigation against it and yesterday
(20th september) was the last date of investigation and they said that
after the investigation the result was not satisfied, they said that the
full box with the material is given to me which was totally wrong.
Now I want a justice against this, hopefully you support me.
