I placed a food order from EatSure app for me and my friends so we could have a small party at work. When the food arrived,there were items missing from my order. The delivery person had already left the building premises and when I started a chat with EatSure customer service, they said they did not have any delivery person to deliver the missing item. I had to order food from another restaurant to make up for the missing food. This ended up costing me more money.
When I got back home from work, I reached out to EatSure customer service via chat, but they outright refused to compensate me.
