Today i ordered some food item on ONDC portal, but 1 item was missing so I asked merchant to refund me, so he said talk to ONDC and then he used abusing language when my wife asked for refund, how can he used such language with a lady, so now ONDC is fully wasted and I will never order from ONDC..

But I did not receive any refund.
