Text of Complaint by Varun Gaikwad:

I ordered Crossloop airbuds on 24/12/20 from amazon, got defective product(and I m sure it was refurbished), I asked for replacement, but when I got the product, airbuds were missing. There was just a box. What to do? Please help.
