from last 6 months I am requesting vodafone to change my number from postpaid to prepaid but they are not doing , I made several complaints they always say wait for some time and give new excuse every time , now when I visit store (Vodafone, Mall Road , ludhiana) they starts misbehaving with me , lillterly they used very bad language and I feel very insulted. I complaint about this to their higher authority, they also did nothing and send message to me that your complaint is resolved (even this is not all I have faced much more )
