On December 6th I have initiated the porting from Vodafone to Airtel. December 7th to 9th Vodafone team was continuously calling me and they have given a good retention plan. Below is the plan
1. Unlimited local STD calls for two numbers
2. 40 GB internet for two numbers individually.
3. Amazon prime membership for two numbers individually.
4. Red hot deal worth of 399 rupees individually.
5. All together for both numbers its 423 rupees including tax.
And the same plan above along with handset security and Netflix account for 3 months was given by Airtel for 550 rupees for both of my numbers together .
however Vodafone representative have listened to that completely and as they have told that I am an enterprise customer for Vodafone and they are committed the above plan which have listed .
It’s almost 50 days now still the plan is not yet activated. I have the call recordings which I had a discussion with the retention team. post that I have called an other rappers native to reconfirm the offer and she have also agreed saying the offers given by retention team are truep.
now I am ready to take a legal action on the Vodafone as well if they are not sticking to the commitment
