I am old customer of your company
my complaint is regarding Miss call alert
I had been recharge my no -9892445791 of RS 35 & After than I had been
activated Miss call pack for one month which is activated immidatetly
after 8 days the Miss call alert pack had been blocked by Vodafone
For the more information I called Vodafone customer care & had been talk with Miss Kavita
As per Miss Kavita said that the system showing I took Chota Credit pack.
BUT I always Doing recharge of RS 398 pack so that no need to take any Chota Credit pack
my question is that if I didn’t activated any Chota Credit pack than Why system showing that I had been activated this pack
second thing is all other companies giving free information for Miss call alrte
than Why Vodafone charging me RS 30 every month
I want my refund & reslove my Problems as soon as possible
if I didn’t get any satisfied reply from your side than I have to Port my number in another company
