Last year i started using paytm postpaid the lender was ARTHIMPACT DIGITAL i have always cleared my dues before time i also got the no dues certificate from PAYTM but then also the ARTHIMPACT has not closed my loan account and still showing ₹rupees 622 pending in my credit reports its more than 6 months over now but no action till now.It has very badly impacted my cibil score.
