Text of Complaint by Jainam Sanghavi:

As discussed with you one of their executive, issue was that the RED plan still shows the Amazon Prime as the benefit pack. And for that very reason I had continued with RED plan. Eventually it did get renewed (only for one day) and the same was discontinued the next day. If the benefit is not available for my plan then why to show in my benefit pack in the first place. I was informed that it’s a system error and its not yet updated, however, ironically while disconnecting the same they had full update about my activation and de-activation. For your information it is still showing in the benefit pack as attached in the screenshot (as requested by executive).

 

I would like to file a consumer complaint against the same. I was misrepresented by the Vodafone and/or its affiliates by showing the larger benefit pack to continue with the carrier and when claiming the offer the same was denied / discontinued. As the remedial measure I want to discontinue with the plan and request for the refund as the benefits are not offered what they were shown. Also, while taking the RED plan I wasn’t not informed about its renewal and its chargeability.

 

As a matter of prudent fact I have been regular in paying all my dues on time and still facing such issues shows the general disrespect of the company towards its customer.
