A lady from Paytm called me saying that she is from the bank and asked to pay saying your request for waiver was not entertained . Later she on call when I asked for number for Aditya Birla finance she gave me number for paytm . I specifically mentioned that I was paying so that I can get the Aditya Birla finance number where I can call and get account deactivated but she instead gave me number where I could not get in touch with any representative . It just took me to the IVR where my issue was not listed. I feel cheated because lady was not from Aditya Birla finance she was just pretending to be one and forced me to pay the bill which I was not suppose to .
