I, Pradnesh Padave booked Samsung galaxy S20 on 6th August 2023 from Amazon. The delivery was expected on 7th August 2023. But I couldn’t able to get the product till date. Regarding the same I have raised complaint with Amazon customer care, but even they are also failed to track the product.

Order # 407-4220478-4328336
When I check the status every time it shown out of delivery. But no delivery done from their end.
After taking follow up from past three days, i come to a conclusion that they have misplaced the product and could not able to track.
Customer care is not even taking any action against Amazon hub.
Hence, looking at final option, I wish to file complaint against Amazon hub.
