I have a return for shoes. I gave two pairs of shoes to the delivery agent. he didn’t say how many pair of shoes should be given. Afterward, the merchant said that he received only one pair of shoes. I asked the delivery company to check and wrote so many emails and chats and calls. but they take complaints but not solving them accordly. they recommended to reverted me to check with the merchant.
