I have ordered a mobile note 9 pro for Rs. 2,999 online through mobilerfic online Vide an advertisement y Mobilerfic.online in face book, I ordered for a mobile note 9 pro Interstellar blue 4GB RAM, 64 GB storage memory offered @ Rs.2999/- (original price quoted: Rs.8999/-)on 24 Nov.2020, I received a parcel on 26 Nov by Bluedart courier and I found that the supplied mobile is a different make and model-P320 . I tried many a times but there is no response from the Ph. no 9310180943 or e-mail:Care@mobilerfic.online. As per the terms & conditions for refund and replacement. I understood that the supplier is fraudulent and is cheating the public supplying Chinese phones which are not functioning and outdated models. Please deal the case and try to get the company be arrested for the fraudulent activity in which it is engaged . The supplier’s address on the invoice is: 8/36, A Block Industrial Area, Near Shaktinagar Telephone Exchange, New Delhi-110033. i am enclosing copies of all the required documents for your perusal. Please do me the justice in recovering the moneey and taking action against the fraudsters.
